Utilize this 4-day in-house program for a significant innovation offensive within your organization! The first course day is dedicated to introducing your organization’s innovation strategy either by one of our faculty members, or one of your top innovation managers. Then we draw from participant’s ideas to develop and tackle viable innovation and business ideas. The practical part of the workshops is accompanied by theoretical inputs and examples of related industries or competitors. Participants are challenged to explore new perspectives and to open up for unconventional ideas and provocative input. The SMP-faculty member will be gathering the findings and results of this in-house seminar and provide a comprehended overview to the management board.
This 4-day seminar is a mix of knowledge transfer and company-specific innovation workshop. It introduces the principles of innovation management, and at the same time the workshop is offering a setting to craft ideas for growth, new business development, and to unearth and satisfy potential customer needs.
