CUSTOMIZED STANDARDIZATION: Registration, Scheduling, Registration Confirmation
For over thirty years SMP In-house has been at the forefront of providing development programs and continuing education; worldwide and for all ranks and files. Our broad experience enabled us to develop a standardized procedure for our in-house seminars that (without incurring additional cost) can be tailored to company and industry specific needs. We call these 2 to 4-day corporate in-house seminars “Customized Standardization” seminars. Upon receipt of your registration we will contact you to discuss your expectations and the details regarding course content, methodology, scheduling, and course venue. We will send you a written confirmation including the SMP general terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
TAILORED IN-HOUSE-PROGRAMS: Based on your request
In case our featured customized standardization seminars don’t fully satisfy your specific requirements, we recommend our tailored in-house program. Please contact us by phone or e-mail to make an inquiry for an in-house seminar specifically tailored to your organization’s needs. One of our experts will contact you to learn about your current situation and your specific expectations for the planned program. We will submit a draft proposal for your tailored in-house program in return.
Individually Tailored Programs
In-house seminars have much more to offer than knowledge transfer. We thrive to tailor course content and methodology to include customer specific aspects and expectations from the outset. An initial meeting in our Executive Center in St. Gallen is free of charge and provides an excellent opportunity to discuss your individual expectations and requests. Our experts will contribute their viewpoints to the discussion.
Additional services during the preliminary phase
Our faculty members are among the best in their fields of expertise. This is validated by numerous references of our renowned client base. It is our goal to provide you with outstanding conceptual support if you decide to enter in a preliminary phase after our initial meeting. In close collaboration with you as our client we will develop an optimized management development program. We typically offer these conceptual services at a discount of 50% off our fee for service schedule. In case of a contract we will honor fees paid for a preliminary phase and deduct them from the contractual amount. The preliminary phase will result in a jointly developed detailed proposal for your tailored in-house project. If the requestor is one of our key accounts, we gladly participate in requests for proposals without previous financial commitment of the client. We will however not engage in general requests for proposals or tenders.
